Skip the deck. Watch a live ITRobo agent resolve a real incident on your stack.

Forty-five minutes with a solutions engineer who used to write the runbooks you're still paging on. We connect a sandbox to your ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and observability layer, then remediate a synthetic Tier-1 incident end-to-end — detection, diagnosis, action, postmortem.

// what you actually walk out with

Three numbers your CIO will ask about, answered live on your data.

This is not a feature tour. Every demo is engineered around three measured outcomes — the ones IT directors take into a CIO review the next morning. We open the sandbox, fire a synthetic incident against your stack, and watch these move in real time.

12×faster MTTR

Mean-time-to-resolution, on your incidents.

Independently validated by Enterprise Strategy Group (March 2025): ITRobo resolved production incidents 12.4× faster than the legacy ITSM baseline — measured across 1,200+ deployments.

outcome_02

21days to value

From signed contract to first auto-remediation.

Time-to-value under 21 days, guaranteed in writing. The industry average for an AIOps rollout is 6–9 months; we ship agents against your ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Datadog, and Splunk in weeks.

outcome_03

99.97%Tier-1 auto-remediation

Verified by the tools you already pay for.

Independent verification across PagerDuty, ServiceNow, and Datadog: 99.97% of Tier-1 incidents are resolved without a human paging in — the highest published success rate in the AIOps category.

The 45-minute working session

A demo engineered around your environment, not a canned tour.

Before the call, a solutions engineer reviews your stack from a connector-only read of your ServiceNow, Datadog, and PagerDuty instances. The 45 minutes below run against that data — not a sandbox.

  1. 01

    Connector & live environment review

We walk through the 4–6 read-only connectors your team already approved, confirm event ingestion against your last 30 days, and surface the alert volume and noise ratio we see today. No agent runs yet.

    ~ 8 min  ·  Read-only  ·  Zero data egress
  2. 02

    Incident simulation against your estate

We replay two real-shape incidents from your history — a Tier-1 paging event and a noisy dependency cascade — and show how an ITRobo agent detects, groups, and routes them. Side-by-side with your current mean-time-to-respond.

~ 14 min  ·  Live data  ·  No production writes
  3. 03

    Autonomous agent walkthrough & guardrails

Supervised-autonomy configuration, the ‘kill-switch’ policy you define, and the audit trail every agent leaves behind. We open the 14-billion-parameter IT-reasoning model and show how it arrived at each decision — not a black box.

    ~ 13 min  ·  Policy-first  ·  SOC 2 + ISO 27001 audited
  4. 04

    Deployment scoping & rollout plan

A working scoping document: which of our 180+ native integrations you already have, the 21-day rollout path against your change windows, and the success metrics we commit to in writing. You leave with the doc, not a quote.

    ~ 10 min  ·  Delivered as PDF  ·  No sales follow-up required

/FAQ

The four questions your team will ask before you click submit.

Answers to the objections that, in our experience, get raised in the channel right after someone books a demo and right before they actually join it.

01How long is the session, and do I need to block the whole hour?

The session is 45 minutes with a hard stop — we publish the agenda above down to the minute. Most attendees block a 60-minute calendar hold to leave room for a few unblocked questions at the end, but the working portion wraps at the 45-minute mark whether or not we are done.

02What do we need to share — credentials, data, or just a vendor meeting?

Nothing pre-shared. The session starts from a connector-only read of up to four systems you already operate (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Datadog, and one of your choosing) using read-only API tokens your team generates in five minutes. No event payloads leave your tenant, no write access is requested, and our SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP Moderate posture governs the entire session.

03Is this actually a working session or a sales pitch with screen-shared slides?

Working session. The solutions engineer running the call is an SRE by training (former principal engineers from ServiceNow and Google, on average eight years of incident response each) and the meeting is structured around your last 30 days of incidents, not our marketing deck. If we cannot get an agent to demonstrate a measurable result on a real incident from your history, the call ends early.

04What happens after the call — and what if I want to stop?

Within 24 hours you receive the scoping document, the recorded session, and a single follow-up email from the solutions engineer who ran the call. There is no automated nurture sequence, no SDR cadence, and no “book the next step” pressure. If you decide ITRobo is not the right fit, you tell us once and we close the loop on our side — we have closed 18% of post-demo conversations cleanly since 2018.

Have a question we did not cover? [email protected] — an engineer, not an SDR, will write back within one business day.
